Reservation

You can make a reservation request by e-mail. If the accommodation is free for the desired period, you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as we have received your deposit, the reservation is confirmed.

If the tenant wishes to adjust the duration, he / she must contact the owner to discuss this. If the tenant wishes to cancel, this must be communicated by telephone (+324 70 55 08 94) and confirmed in writing (info oasisbeachresort@gmail.com) with an attachment of the booking confirmation, after which we send a cancellation confirmation.

If canceled up to 45 days before the start of the rental period 25% of the total rent will be charged. Between 45 days and 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rent will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the fully invoiced amount will be due. Security deposit will be refunded upon cancellation.

Winter rental

Additional conditions for the use of electricity

The rental prices include energy costs(<=80 kwh of electricity/7days). If you use more than 80 Kwh / week, it is 0.35 euros/kwh extra. This amount will be deducted from the deposit

Material and common parts

Please read all the house rules and community rules, You can find them in the folder in both apartments.

Cleaning

The apartment will be cleaned for you upon departure. The final cleaning costs are €95 and must be paid when you book. We ask you to leave the accommodation tidy: do not leave dishes, food in the fridge, full bins, trash bags and such.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment! Otherwise it will be calculated with the deposit.
